Although the staff did not check the room during my pool time and the room was cheaply furnished with poor quality items and lacked a minibar, the location was great with a view from the top, especially by the sea just across the road. The dining experience could be improved, and the price paid for breakfast did not match the quality. The service, however, by Mr AbdulAziz, the duty manager, was commendable, making us feel welcome.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped as expected, but the panoramic view promised for the Executive Room was missing. The glasses were full, which was a nice touch, but the room furnishings were of poor quality. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
